I have been in informatics since the late 1990's. My bedside background is Critical Care/ED, and I have also worked as a Case Manager and Staff Development Educator. I currently teach Nursing Informatics and Nursing Leadership (both online) at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, and am pursuing my PhD in Nursing, with a focus in Bioinformatics from Augusta University in Augusta, GA. I am a member of HIMSS, ANIA, and the AACR.
